Our three legacy organizations are not only in the process of integrating into one powerhouse dealer in the Midwest, but we are doing so with a new approach we call Workplace Integration. We know the role of the office has changed forever, and we’re all in on adapting to that change. Through strategic acquisition, we have combined our furniture expertise with experience in audio visual solutions and modular walls to deliver complete, future-proof solutions tailored to the needs of the modern worker. As part of this transformation, we are thrilled to announce our three organizations will soon rebrand as one fully integrated company before the end of the year. Stronger Together: Beyond Balance
Designing for the Continuum
In today’s evolving workplace, the lines between work and life have blurred. Our company recognizes this shift and is championing a new way of thinking—one that goes beyond the outdated concept of work-life balance. We believe in embracing, what we have coined, the “work-life continuum,” where work and life coexist, continuously influencing and enriching each other. The idea of “balance” suggests work and life are in opposition, each demanding equal attention. But the world has changed. With hybrid work, remote collaboration, and a focus on well-being, separating work and life no longer reflects reality. Instead, they exist on a continuum, flowing together to create opportunities for both personal and professional growth. As companies adapt, they find employees thrive with autonomy over their time and responsibilities. Leaders like Rob Dance highlight the value of trusting employees to manage their schedules, focusing on output over rigid hours. Empowering flexibility allows teams to integrate work and life seamlessly, enhancing productivity and well-being.
Our company philosophy centers around creating adaptable spaces that reflect the work-life continuum. By integrating expertise from our legacy companies in furniture, audio-visual, and architectural solutions, we craft environments that support various work styles and help employees transition smoothly between work and life. Recent industry discussions, like the Crain’s Chicago Business panel at NeoCon, emphasize how considered workplace policy, thoughtful interior design, and intentionally designed places for different activities attract employees back to the office. Our approach goes one step further, ensuring that physical spaces foster satisfaction and well-being, enabling the natural flow between work and personal priorities. Research shows that hybrid work models increase employee satisfaction and retention. Companies that recognize the work-life continuum see happier teams and improved productivity. Our commitment to this principle helps us shape the future of work, creating environments that support employees across the continuum of work and life.
As we continue to evolve, integrating our legacy organizations into one powerhouse company, our dedication to helping clients navigate this new reality remains at the forefront of everything we do. We understand that the future of work is not about trying to balance work and life on opposite sides of the scale, it’s about creating harmony and fluidity between the two. We are committed to shaping a future where work and life coexist seamlessly, delivering solutions that empower people and organizations to thrive. As we continue our journey, we look forward to building lasting connections and driving meaningful change, together.
Building the Future

Stronger Together: Announcing Continua Interiors
As life and work become increasingly intertwined, the spaces we inhabit must adapt to this new reality. We believe the notion of compartmentalizing work and life is an outdated one. Instead, they operate on a continuum, adjusting to our daily rhythms as we navigate the day. This understanding is at the heart of our new brand, one born from a rich legacy and a bold vision for the future of interior environments. Today, we are proud to re-introduce our company as: Continua Interiors. Our name was chosen with care. Continua reflects the lasting relationships we build with our clients and the spaces that adapt and grow alongside them. It also represents the unification of our three legacy companies: Corporate Concepts, Interior Investments, and Intereum. Beyond that, it speaks to the evolution of work, professional settings, and the ever-changing human experience—where spaces evolve in step with how we live and work.
For decades, our companies have been helping clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of corporate interiors. Now, it’s our turn. With the launch of Continua, we are transforming how we serve clients across the Midwest and beyond. Our expertise in furniture, audio visual, and architectural solutions makes us more than a dealer; we’re integrators of high-performing, future-ready spaces. At Continua Interiors, we don’t shy away from the ways work has changed—we lean into it. We understand that today's workplace has a new purpose: enabling flexibility, fostering connection, and creating spaces that adapt to diverse working styles. We’re dedicated to delivering holistic, integrated solutions that reflect these evolving needs. Whether it’s creating equitable spaces in corporate environments, supporting hybrid models, or designing adaptable spaces in healthcare, education, or government settings, we provide seamless solutions that meet the demands of the modern world. We’re excited to share our journey with you, as we continue to evolve, just as the spaces we shape do. Our new website, launching on October 23, will showcase how we’re redefining what it means to be an interior integrator. Today, we invite you to follow Continua Interiors (@continuainteriors) on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to explore this next chapter with us, as we push forward, together, toward a future where environments elevate not just work—but life.
